Review, edit, and compile the chapters by Editors: September 25, 2017
Submission of book to Springer: October 25, 2017
Chapter page proofs to contributing authors: Week of January 7, 2018-Jan 13, 2018
Book page proofs by editors: February 2018
Estimated Print Publication Date: March 2018
